Who is responsible for your data?
Viztudio Architects (“Viztudio”, “we” or “us”), with contact address in Roma Norte, Mexico City, is responsible for the personal information collected through the VizTool website. Questions about privacy may be sent to contacto@viztudio.com.
Information we collect
When you request a demonstration or contact us, we may collect your name, business email, telephone number, company, role, project type, project notes, preferred language and plan interest.
We may also receive technical and attribution information such as landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, device/browser information and approximate location derived from an IP address.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, qualify opportunities, schedule demonstrations, prepare proposals, provide requested services, maintain security, prevent abuse, understand campaign performance and improve our website.
Marketing or non-essential analytics will be used only when the required consent has been obtained.
ClickUp and other service providers
Website enquiries may be created as tasks in ClickUp so our team can follow up. We may also use hosting, security, analytics, communications and professional service providers acting under our instructions.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards should be confirmed before production launch.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel may be enabled after you accept analytics cookies. These tools can collect online identifiers and interaction information according to their own terms.
You can decline optional analytics through the cookie banner. Declining does not prevent you from requesting a demonstration.
Retention
We propose retaining sales enquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation or legitimate dispute. This period must be confirmed by Viztudio before launch.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. In Mexico, these include the ARCO rights established by applicable data protection law.

Security and minors
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
VizTool is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The published notice will state its effective date.
